<div class="article"><p>中新网10月10日电据日本东方时报报道，日本法务省对今年入学的就学生的审查出现放宽的趋向，简化不法滞在率在3以下日本语学校优良校的新生申请的材料。</p><p>法务省入管局的担当官员介绍，以前，法务省以就学生的不法滞在率5为基准，把日本语学校分为“适正校”和“非适正校”，简化对“适正校”新生申请在留资格的手续，由校方自行掌握。每年对各日本语学校的不法滞在人数作调查。</p><p>他强调说，就学生申请入学所需提供的材料没有变，入管局对他们审查的方法也没有变。</p><p>据了解，对于中国留学生、就学生担保人的经济能力，入管局开始接受房地产、股票、国债等资产的证明材料，而且允许中国学生以存款作为保证金，不再要求必须是外汇存款。</p><p>据悉，去年11月，法务省做出决定，对来从中国等4国日本语学校的就学生申请在留资格，采取了严格审查的措施，使今年入学的就学生在留资格许可率，特别是中国就学生，由2003年的72下降为26.5。许多日本语学校因此濒临破产，不少私立大学发生生源危机。因此，这些学校纷纷要求入管当局放宽对中国学生入国限制。</p></div>
